Behold the Mother of the Son of God on her way to exile. Our Lady of Desterro, look at us, your children, apprehensive and insecure, in this valley of tears, on the way to the definitive Homeland. After this exile, O loving Mother, show us Jesus, the blessed fruit of your womb, O clement, O pious, O sweet, always Virgin Mary. Our Lady of Desterro, accompany us in crossing the desert of life, until we reach the eternal oasis, heaven. Amen.”
