Note:

First-time Installation: If the app is installed for the first time on the phone, it will run perfectly without any errors.

Reinstallation: If the app was previously installed before, it might show an error on certain topics unless the cache memory is cleared. To clear the cache:

Go to Settings.

Navigate to Apps.

Look for the NSC app and select it.

Under Storage, select Clear Cache.
