Nokkel lets you add your dream homes to a wishlist - whether they are already on the market or not.

With Nokkel you can photograph any property you are interested in and the app will notify you when that home is listed for sale.

When you add a property to your wishlist, Nokkel will show you all the available information about it, including bedrooms, outside space, estimated value and the last sale price.

Once you’ve nokkeled a property, you can ‘express interest’, we will invite the homeowner to start a conversation with you as a potential buyer.
