The Your Wellbeing Active app is exclusively available to exercisers who belong to the participating fitness facility.

Exercisers have the ability to set goals, create workouts, receive workouts from their personal trainer.

The Your Wellbeing Active app syncs with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment with internet connection. After completing a Cardio workout, the results are automatically saved to your timeline. In addition the Strength and Free exercise recorded in the APP are also synced to your timeline providing you with a one stop Fitness Hud for all your exercise results.

Your Wellbeing Active App also provides you the option to connect your 3rd Party Apps (e.g Google Fit,Fitbit,Strava, GPS trackers) for a fuller picture and tracking of your health & exercise activity.

You can join the Wellbeing Active AApp community at your gym and enjoy the benefits of extended programming with personal On-Demand content, workouts, classes and more, directly in the app.
