TRL is combination of Athletics, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho & Wrestling.

Tiranga Rumaal Chhoo League is a new game format which hails from Ancient and Rural India is reformed by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan into a combination of Athletics, Circle Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Wrestling.

League is scheduled to start on 22nd August with 2 matches in a day lasting for 1 hours 30 minutes. It will be having 8 teams in 2 groups with a total of 13 matches including Semi Final & Final on the 7th Day.

Matches will be held in an Indoor Stadium which has seats for around 2000 people
