Welcome to Owl Link, SEPTA’s newest travel option.

Owl Link is an on-demand transit service that connects SEPTA’s late-night bus network with late shift jobs in Lower Bucks County.

You can use this service as a connection between existing bus stops near employers in the designated service area and Route 14 at Horizon Blvd, Route 56 at Torresdale & Cottman Loop, or Route 66 at City Line Loop.

Using the Owl Link app, simply select the closest bus stop and one of our minibuses will come to you, using the latest technology to effortlessly match your journey with other customers heading in your direction.

Where can I use Owl Link?

Owl Link provides a connection between places of employment in Lower Bucks County and three bus routes that operate overnight:

Route 14, at Horizon Blvd

Route 56, at Torresdale & Cottman Bus Loop

Route 66, at City Line Loop

How does Owl Link work?

Owl Link is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared SEPTA vehicle. Using the Owl Link app, input your address and we’ll match you with a minibus going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby bus stop and drop you off within a short walk of your destination.

Same day trips must be booked at least 30 minutes before you plan to ride or you can book up to 7 days in advance. Bookings are made on a first come first served basis and are limited to the number of seats available on the minibus, so we recommend that you plan your travel ahead of time.

How much does an Owl Link journey cost?

The ride on Owl Link is FREE with a valid SEPTA Key Card. Customers traveling on SEPTA Bus Routes 14, 56 & 66 pay the fare on that portion of the trip. When you connect with the Owl Link minibus your ride is free just by showing the driver your SEPTA Key Card.

The same applies for your return trip. Show your SEPTA Key Card when you board an Owl Link minibus and use your SEPTA Key Card to pay for your connecting trip home on any Route 14, 56, or 66 bus.

Owl Link is available:

7 days a week

365 days a year

10:30 pm – 6:00 am

How long will I wait?

- You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking.

- You can also track your ride in real time using the app.

How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?

- The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on vehicle capacity and your chosen destination. Our minibuses can easily accommodate 14 people; however capacity is limited to 7 passengers as a precaution.
