Lag and low FPS issues.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, last year's flagship phone to beat, I shouldn't be getting choppy and unstable 30-40 fps, I should be getting smooth 60 or atleast 55-60, and I play on low graphics with x4 MSAA disabled in the Developer Options at all times, and I understand why my ping is always in the lower 200s, because I'm in the US and it's not even officially here yet, but seriously, what is this "network error" I keep getting mid-game a lot and resulting in the app basically restarting itself... it's highly annoying. Other than that, it's been very fun so far, but I want higher FPS and lower ping, and I know it's not my own internet.
