Over Pull Ups

Pull-ups op de horizontale balk zijn een fysieke basisoefening.

Workout

It is necessary to perform the required number of pull-ups in total for 5 approaches.

- 3 workouts per week;

- rest between workouts for at least 24 hours;

- 5 sets in one workout;
