You can set which type of calls will be recorded and which will be ignored. Once recording is saved you can Listen it again and again, to hold on to some sweet memories, or to get a shopping list, or an important order from a client. if you want to delete it you can do it. If you encounter the issues regarding voice quality, try recording from a different audio source, and recording file type.
