LESS OF ME is an interactive app that will help you in your quest to find your perfect weight. All you have to do is enter your details and this clever little thing will tell you your body mass index (BMI), your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and your ideal weight . As if that is not enough, it will give you your daily calorie requirements in order to maintain, lose or gain weight.
