Kurapika is a member of Kurapika Zodiacs with Kurapika codename "Rat". Kurapika goal is to avenge Kurapika clan and recover Kurapika remaining Scarlet Eyes.

Kurapika takes Kurapika role of Kurapika main protagonist in Kurapika Yorknew City and Succession Contest arcs. Kurapika was also tritagonist of Kurapika Hunter Exam arc.

Kurapika has medium blond hair with brown eyes; blue in Kurapika 1999 series (grey/dark grey ). Kurapika eyes glow a beautiful and coveted scarlet Kurapika n experiencing intense emotion. In Kurapika first appearance in Kurapika series, Kurapika wears a blue tabard decorated with an orange-colored (red) Kurapika m and a white full-body training suit underneath.
