5 Main Functions:

Smart monitoring: Through the new generation of IoT smart sensor, there is a direct connectivity to the IoT smart console, giving real-time information, which can be shared instantaneously with teachers, parents and relevant authorities. It brings temperature-taking, attendance and health monitoring all into one. Also, schools can generate data collected from the system.

Portable Console: Wireless console and JnrLink IoT smart sensor brings ease to the setup procedure. The portable instruments needed gives you the flexibility to choose if you want it mounted on a wall or using it on a school bus. It does not restrict your usage regardless of the time, location or weather. Once there is an established network system, data will automatically be uploaded onto the system, giving parents and teachers real-time information, even on-the-go. With JnrLink, information (eg. Temperature, arrival timings, etc) will be more accurate, eliminating any human errors. This leads to a higher school security, preventing the risk of having strangers picking children up from school, protecting the safety of children.

Safety on school buses: JnrLink provides additional safety on school buses too. The portable console can be attached on school bus’ railings. Once the console is switched on, you can choose either an online or offline connection for the cards to be tapped. Device supports SIM card, 3G network and WiFi. All parents/schools have to do is to log into JnrLink app on mobile devices, and data (such as bus registration records, children’s attendance, etc), location tracking, bus routes, number of passengers, etc, is available to be seen. This additional safety measure will give you a peace of mind.

Parents-School Seamless Communication: When parents and schools log into their respective JnrLink account, they will be able to communicate using the real time messaging system with read notification, share pictures, videos, learning, etc. This communication system is designed with enhanced security for personal data protection. Registered users can check their child’s attendance, temperature and arrival timings. Not only so, schools can now go paperless! Memos and notices can be uploaded into the system and parents will have all the information anytime, anywhere. With parents and schools working together to support children’s learning, the portal can, therefore, help improve efficiency and productivity.

Campus management: JnrLink is able to gather big amount of data and analyze it. The system covers various functions required in schools and it also helps monitor eating habits, dietary trends, epidemic control and more. Schools may find these gathered data useful when it comes to decision making or planning.
