To use this icon pack you need a launcher with support for adaptive icon themes such as:
Lawnchair, Nova Launcher, Smart Launcher, Niagara Launcher, Action Launcher or Hyperion Launcher
In the settings of those launchers you can configure the shape of the icons and depending on your wallpaper it will be the color of the icons
