Evolutioner: Meditation Program

Evolutioner is a meditation program that uses sound frequencies to make you calm, boost brain performance and improve sleep.

The brain generates slow-speed (Delta and Theta) brainwaves to sleep, medium-speed (Alpha) brainwaves to be calm and fast-speed (Beta and Gamma) brainwaves to be focused.

These brainwave states can be strengthened with sound frequencies. The process is called the Frequency Following Response.

The user listens to a 12-minute audio session every day with eyes closed. The frequencies, embedded in the audio session, strengthen those key brainwave states.

This enables you to be naturally calm, focused and sleep well at night.

The program consists of 10 Levels. Each level has 30 sessions of 12 minutes each. You only have to do one session per day for it to work (e.g. in the morning).

You will experience a huge improvement after the very first session.
