We were born on 08/08/1992 as CANTINA DI TORRIANI, since 01/31/2020 we have become DI TORRIANI RISTORANTE and since 06/20/2023 we are creating DI TORRIANI FÁBRICA E MAGAZZINO to meet our growing demand for differentiated inputs and products quality for our restaurant, our customers and to support our business expansion plans in the gastronomy area.

Here you will find Pasta, Sauces, Seafood, Naturally Fermented Breads, Wines, Cheeses and many other foods and drinks selected by our family for yours.

Our recipes are family recipes, inspired mainly by Italian Mediterranean cuisine and the Torriani family who came from Italy, from the Tuscany region, settling in Bento Gonçalves/RS. Our Chef, Thiago Torriani, learned to cook with his parents at the age of 10 and since then has lived his love for gastronomy, being recognized for his dishes and flavors.

Our values ​​are love, family, commitment, continuous improvement and self-responsibility. By living these values ​​we nourish and transform lives.

Our mission is to surprise our customers with wonderful food, excellent service and a great atmosphere.

In addition to our Factory and Magazzino, we have our Ristorante, which is a regional reference with our Italian Buffet with Seafood at noon, Italian Nights with Pasta and Steaks and A La Carte at night.
