Another way to do it: Press menu (or hold your finger on screen untill menu appears), click Wallpaper--> LiveWallpaper and chose Fire LWP.

Goto Settings--> Display--> Wallpaper-->Live Wallpaper--> Fire-Live Wallpaper.
