App biedt faciliteit voor de passagiers aan boord van IR om service-aanvragen te verhogen.

CoachMitra provides facility to the onboard passengers to raise service requests by just entering PNR number and mobile number. The CoachMitra services include Toilet cleaning, Coach Cleaning, Watering, Linen/Bedrolls, Disinfectants, Electrical and Pretty Repairs.

Coachmitra will forward the request to mobile phone of the onboard staff or the concerned control office of the particular train directly. The Railway Administration will also simultaneously receive an intimation of such requests for follow up.
