Center of Joy is on the Pacific Coast in Las Catalinas, Cost Rica, a charming car-free town with hotels to stay in and villas for rent where you can walk everywhere. Center of Joy integrates different aspects of wellbeing all in one place - we offer yoga, massage and energy treatments such as Reiki, sound baths, meditation, and much more. You can even come to take a nap. Underlying all this is our intention to create community and foster connections between people of all ages. Come to celebrate our interconnectedness with each other and the world around and within us. Take a deep dive in, or take a mindful moment with a glass of water. Train as a top athlete, or jump rope and hula hoop. We invite you to come connect with your inner child - we like to take a playful approach to nourishing our mind body heart soul.
