This app is designed to help you get a short break from the daily grind. "Breathe" will help you train your breathing so that you exhale is slightly longer than your inhale. In addition, you can choose amongst the available soundscapes to help you relax even further.

What sets us apart from the other breathing apps?

1) Our Voice Assist feature - You can take your eyes off the screen, the app will tell you when exactly to breathe in and out.

2)The phone vibrates softly to let you stay aware of your breath, you may leave it in your pocket and still time your breaths perfectly.

3)Visual breathing cues, that include a rotating fan and text prompts.

4)A user-selectable inhale period of 3-10 seconds, the exhale time is calculated automatically.

5)You may set the timer to last anywhere from 2 minutes to 30 minutes.
