This means that the child of Adam will always be greedy for the world until he perishes and his mouth is clogged with the earth of the grave.

Even though their dreams are so many and varied, they all try desperately to turn them into reality.

Indeed, it is possible that Allah will give them taufik in this matter if they follow the reasons. But... there are a number of people there who cannot possibly make their dreams come true and their requests are never heeded.
