Employee training and communication in streaming format

The application has a unique and innovative method for training and specializing employees.

The program features video classes in streaming format, lasting approximately 3 minutes each – different from those long and tiring training sessions.

Furthermore, this dynamic scenario encourages greater engagement from participants, building a gamified environment – ​​where game elements are brought to a different scenario. This way the task stops being a burden and becomes enjoyable.

These classes are grouped into modules, where all content is available via cell phone application or web system, making it easier to reach you.

It is possible to define who will have access to the content and the frequency at which each video will be released.

After each video lesson, the student collaborator answers 3 objective questions, to ensure greater absorption of the content and ranking. In other words, it is possible to monitor the performance of each participant and, at the end of each module or program, reward the employees with the most successes.
