MYGYM Coach is an application developed by Technogym to make your training experience more personal, exciting and effective. It helps you improve your training by giving you access to your data anytime, anywhere.

Start exercising with the MYGYM Coach app, collect MOVEs (the Technogym unit that measures movements) and get more active every day. For example, a low-intensity run of about 10 minutes translates to about 120 MOVEs.

The quickest and easiest way is to collect the MOVEs directly on the Technogym machines. Log in to the devices with your account and train with the best training programs. With the app you can view your training program, the details of the exercises and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your training session.

With the MYGYM Coach App you get a personalized and complete training program, all the details of the exercises with videos and an automatic update of your MOVEs anytime and anywhere. The MYGYM Coach app assigns you a weekly goal of MOVEs based on your lifestyle and shows your progress on a simple bar.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

Add your outdoor activities manually or link your account to other apps like Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings. So you can keep track of your outdoor activities and you won't lose the data.

MOTIVATION BY CHALLENGE:

Take part in varied competitions organized by your vita club fitness studio with the CHALLENGE module. Compete with others and climb to the top of the leaderboard.

PERSONALIZATION:

To personalize your training experience, use the MYGYM Coach app to log into Technogym UNITY™ equipment and create a personalized workout. For your entertainment you can choose your favorite websites and TV programs, your Facebook and Twitter friends and fun games.

How? By simply logging in with your smartphone via NFC or by scanning a QR code.
