The app for Holly Colliers Personal Training

This app includes your bespoke programme along with videos for how to perform each exercise. It also includes an initial questionnaire to help me make your specific programme and to find out your goals. Using the app, you can complete a weekly check-in form, to keep me up-to-date with how you're feeling about your exercises, and you get to add in progress pictures if you're comfortable doing so, so that you can look back on the progress you have made!

Our app integrates with Health Connect and wearables to provide personalized coaching and precise fitness tracking. By using health data, we enable regular check-ins and track progress over time, ensuring optimal results for a more effective fitness experience.
