ServIT is the official app of Blue Star Limited, India’s leading air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company. ServIT equips authorized technicians of Blue Star’s Customer Service operation to track, respond and service customer requests/complaints. The app enables the technicians to be up to date on their call requests and respond to customers in quick time. An in-built bar code scanner and camera helps the technician to capture the equipment’s serial number and its image.
