Norwegian iConcierge works exclusively on board. Once you download the app, input your cruise date and a countdown timer begins. That’s how you know you're in business. Be sure to enable push notifications when you download the app if you’re interested in using the phone and messenger feature.

Once you are on board, access the Norwegian iConcierge app for step-by-step instructions on how to connect. The Norwegian iConcierge features will activate after you board the vessel and connect and register your device.**
