An application for Indianoil on roll and superannuated employee.
IOCL-PhoneBook mobile application has been developed in-house by COIS for all IndianOil employees –
those on rolls as well as those superannuated, and provides Contact details of all IOCL employees on their
mobile phones. The application is near replica of the hard-bound directory booklet albeit with a lot of
value added features. It has a very light footprint. Some of its important features are as follows:
Employee search based on employee number and name.
Employee search based on division, location, department and grade combination.
Search and Download of IndianOil directories.
Ex-employee search based on year of retirement, PRMS payment unit and grade.
Nominated hospital search based on city.
Sharing of employee contact details through WhatsApp, Messenger software or Email.
Ex-employee access using the PRMS login credentials.
Offline access to downloaded directories and list of nominated hospitals.
