The small class system improves the efficiency of the course and can more accurately meet the needs of students. We use the full range of Alexandave Pilates equipment, including Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, and Ladder Barrel. The complete equipment provides more aspects of body training, so that we can effectively exercise different muscle groups and sculpt the body shape. In addition to highly qualified teachers with international Pilates certificates, the resident teachers also have physical therapists, so that students can trust us more with their bodies.
