There are two types of MOALA event admission tickets: the browser version "MOALA Ticket" and the app version "MOALA Pocket".

At this time, the browser version of "MOALA Ticket" cannot be downloaded to this app. Please present your ticket on your browser.

Please update the app to the latest version for smooth entry on the day of the event.

◆How to use the event admission function

① Download ticket

・In order to display the ticket to enter with the "MOALA Pocket" purchased at Ticket Pia, you must first perform the ticket collection operation at [Pia Cloak]. After completing the collection operation, you can download the ticket to this app by accessing the collection URL.

・If you purchased from a site other than Ticket Pia, please directly access the ticket URL sent via email.

② Use of tickets

Tap the "Go to admission screen" button for the ticket you wish to use and show the admission screen to the staff.

※Notes

・If the ticket can be displayed on the browser, do not use this app.It is the browser version of "MOALA Ticket". Please present your ticket on your browser.

・Internet connection is required to install the app and download tickets. Please make sure to download your tickets well in advance of the event date.

・Please be careful not to delete (uninstall) the app until the day of the event.

・Please check with the ticket purchase site operator or event organizer for inquiries regarding ticket applications, lost tickets, and events.

◆How to use the support certificate collection viewing function

① MOALA NFT Market account linkage

From "My Page" on the menu screen, log in with the account you use to collect your support certificates. No linkage is required to display event admission tickets.

② Display collection

When the MOALA NFT Market account linkage is completed, a list of support certificates held in "Collection" will be displayed.
