Imam Shatibi's monumental work in the field of Qira'at Al-Qur'an science which is known as Syatibiyyah is currently a reference and guide for qira'at experts throughout the Islamic world in teaching Qira'at Sab'ah knowledge to his students. Ibn Mujahid can be said to be the savior of qiraat because he is the only person who formulates the conditions for the acceptance of a reading. In addition, Ibn Mujahid can be said to be the savior of the science of qiraat because he was able to compile the Kitab as-Sab'ah, the only person who could determine the acceptable size of the narrator's reading. According to Ibn Mujahid, there are 3 benchmarks for the correctness of a reading: it is in accordance with the rules of Arabic even though it is in one face, in accordance with the Uthmani Rasm, and the sanad is valid; there are also those who add that the sanad must be famous. The original name that he attached to his qasidah was "Hirz al-Amani wa Wajh at-Tahani" in accordance with the 70th verse. As-Syathibi compiled this Syatihibiyyah text by making Abu Amr ad-Dani 's book at-Taisir as the main reference.
