Lost and Found application mobile

Find your lost items quickly and safely!

LNFound is an app that helps you protect and recover all of your items when lost with the help of a large community of users. Simply register your items and get in touch with “Finders” around the world to try and recover your items once you have declared them lost. Our mobile application allows users to record items to identify them with a code.

If you lost a device, even if the battery is dead, our community can help you find it! A “Finder” can look for you directly in the app and get in touch with the details you have provided in-app. Alternatively, users without the app can still find you with a web platform we created.

Our goal is to protect and recover the items that matter to you. As soon as the application is opened, a finder can start a search on a found item. Simply do a search with the LNF code indicated on the item and if the code matches an item, the item's identification sheet is displayed. If a Finder does not have the LNFound app, one can still identify a found item and contact the owner.

You can also tag all of your items with a QR code provided on the application. If your lost or found item is tagged with a QR Code, the Finder will just need to scan the QR Code with his smartphone to be redirected to a web page with the contact information provided by the owner.

How to register your items? It only takes a few minutes with our in-app questionnaire:

* Declare the item type among an existing list of common items (such as bags, phones…)

* Write down the name you want to give to the item

* Specify the description of the item

* Specify the location of the item with the city and country name

* Add a photo of the item from your photo gallery or camera

How to find your lost items?

* Select an item from your list of registered objects in the app

* Declare your item as lost to the community

* Wait for another user to get in touch with you to recover your item
