The application is meant for users of Lava International mobile phone customers and Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) only

1. This app lets the Lava Customers find the nearest service centers. Customer can find the nearest service center by entering pin code manually or by clicking auto detect location method.

2. Customer can also get the distance to the nearest service centers along with the direction in Map.

3. It helps customer with working days and Open / close timing of Service Center.

4. It also gives them a platform to speak and communicate with Lava Call Centre

5. Customers can also access answers to the FAQs of their phones
