TOSS is a non-government, non-profitable organization, founded by individuals actively involved in social services. Registered as a Seva Society under the registrar office of Vishakapatnam. The registration no is:131/2014. It was registered on 18th March 2014. In January 2014 local students from Asivanipalem formed as a committee named Talent Origin Seva Sangam (TOSS), Visakhapatnam; TOSS is registered on 18-03-2014. By a group of young qualified Students Who were interested in social work to support children deprived of education and the joys of childhood.
