Image To Speech is an application allowing you to read any text aloud. Select a file on your device or make a photo with it's cam and ITS will read it for you. Further more - ITS can translate it for you! Imagine you're European travelling China or Japan. What does this paper on your door says? Shall you leave the country in a dark immediately (hope not :) ) or it's your neighbour inviting you to the party? Use the ITS and you clarify it's in a seconds! Imagine you need to make an order in a grocery store - make a list or a polite text in your native language, "read" it with ITS and store the audio track to play it later to the nice shop-lady. As easy as it sounds!
