Our popular self-serve gourmet salad bar is how we started, with approx. 20 salads made fresh every day. The majority are vegan with syn free options also available. The salad bar is 100% vegetarian, but chicken as well as grilled halloumi can be added.

Expanding on our gourmet salad bar idea we have applied the same concept to make our steak kebabs. Lamb leg steaks or whole chicken thighs are marinated and then bbq grilled before being sliced into a flat bread pitta. After experimenting with almost 100 condiments and fillings we believe we have the best accompaniments in Malfouf cabbage and Sumac onions.

Our falafel recipe took over a year to perfect and we offer this in its traditional form along with a Thai Red Curry and Jalapeno version that are served with exciting salads making a tasty gluten free and vegan meal. Our Halloumi Fries and Feta Fries are popular sides, especially the Feta Loaded Sweet Potato Fries and you can get all combinations as a meal deal.
