Health care professionals app can be easily customized for their practice and patient population, for tracking relevant patient data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. They can further elect to receive alert notifications from their patient's system based on pre-set alerts.

Health care professionals can decide to check on their patient data in 2 ways:

They can view their patient data by going to the web and looking at all the relevant reports for their patients, or

They can download the app and view patient’s relevant data from their mobile app. The mobile device does not download any patient data, but only provides access for viewing the data which is stored in a protected environment in the cloud (PHI –Protected Health Information)
