Swachh KDMC

アプリケーションは、市民とKDMCのための間コミュニケータでありますSwachhカルヤン＆Dombivli。

This app helps promote a Swachh (clean) Kalyan & Dombivli by communicating

with KDMC and citizens of the said municipal corporation. Broadly the app can

be used to post solid waste related complaints to KDMC directly for taking

necessary action.

Citizens can take a pictures of any solid waste related complaint using their

smart phone, and post the complaint using the complain categories available in

the app to KDMC. The app will automatically capture the location while the

picture is being taken if the phone’s location service is activated. Citizen

needs to type the landmark of the complaint location. The complaint will then

be assigned to the concerned sanitary inspector/ engineer. The complainant

will get regular updates on status of the complaint in the form of push

notifications until the complaint is closed by KDMC.
