The H&K Survey App is a tool designed to assist customers as well as H&K personnel with the submission of field surveys. Surveys submitted through this app will be instantly transmitted to H&K and processed accordingly. For technical assistance or general questions, please contact us at 1-800-788-2445.
**Note**: An internet connection is only required in order to download or update a survey, as well as submit the survey at the end. Users are not required to be connected to the internet during the survey Q&A portion.
