With Ridder iTeam, employee activity can be recorded with a simple click. The app is designed to increase usability and decrease input errors. Labor tracking for greenhouses and open fields was never so efficient.

The Ridder iTeam app can be used in team or personal mode. With team mode a supervisor records labor for per team. In personal model each employee records their own labor.

The app allows the supervisor or employee to track activities for one or multiple employees at once. Additional information to complete an entry can be added easily.

The App works offline and synchronizes when in reach of the (Wifi) network. Therefore the app is great addition to the existing fixed terminal and wireless handheld that can be used as a data collector for Ridder Productive.

Ridder iTeam is part of our Ridder Productive labor tracking and production solution. With Productive, work processes can be optimized by gaining insight, motivating employees with performance pay and having real-time information to make better decisions and reduce feedback cycles.

Productive 2018 is required to be able to use this app.
