I have to say that Legendary has (literally and with no exaggeration) the best support system of any game I have ever played where the assistance of quick support is most wanted and prayed for. Now, some would think, "must not be all that if he needed support that badly". Coming from someone with an extensive background in customer support, rapid response to any problem is the most desirable outcome next to not having a problem at all. We all know $h!t happens all the time. These guys have a lot to do. All in all, excellent customer support highlights the level of care that often prevents a repeating of the same problem...and always reimbursed in under an hour. Sure, there is always some playing feature that could be improved here and there. They are always letting us know they are listening and improving based on our voices.
