1. Get our brandnew Propilot® at www.praep.com

2. Download the App and apply the Phoneholder Sticker to your Phone

3. Snap it on the Propilot® and explore what we call Hybrid Training. A (bike) sport specific physical training, digitally enhanced!

Pump.

This is all about doing fully instable PushUps on a handlebar. The App will count via the narrowing sensor,so make sure you will get low enough to hit your sensor.

After 5 seconds of no contact - you're done ;-)

Battle.

Challenge a friend who can do more PushUps on the ProPilot. Eache of the two contenders is done when the narrowing sensor get no signal for 5 seconds.

Oh...and the front camera will take a pciture of each one, so try to look cool!

Ride.

We finally updated this seciton: Here we are streaming our very special YouTube Channel with a growing number of FullHD hypersmooth POV Tracks. Whether it's onboard with profesional Riders or simple clean POVs that make learning tracks easier.

This content will be updated continously!

Play.

Our Game of B.I.K.E. will make you plank longer than you think. We added a "back" button to exit if you're exhausted ;-)

Additionally we added a new Game: The Streetgame will get you in shape for your daily urban ride! Physically and mentally. This is where Training becomes Gaming!

Workouts.

We updated this section similar to the Ride Section. You are now able to stream different curated Workouts and we will make sure the Content will stay fresh and updated!
