Prince Rogers Nelson or better known by the name of Prince is a musician who has a myriad of talents. Talent owned man who was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, June 7, 1958, among which are talent acting, songwriter, director and producer.

Prince started his career by forming a band called Prince Roger Trio. However, he is famous for his hit Little Red Corvette (1982), who then made it into the Top 10 US singles. Even so with nineteen other Prince songs that also made it into the Top 10 US singles including Delirious, When Doves Cry, Let's Go Crazy, Purple Rain, I Would Die 4 U, Raspberry Beret, Pop Life and others.

Prince's musical influences are influenced by rock, R & B, soul, funk, rap, blues, New Wave, electronica, disco, psychedelia, folk, jazz and pop. While his artistic music is heavily dominated by the influence of Sly & the Family Stone, Parliament-Funkadelic, Joni Mitchell, The Beatles, Johnny "Guitar" Watson, Miles Davis, Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, Duke Ellington, Curtis Mayfield and Stevie Wonder . Nevertheless, Prince also pioneered the flow of Minneapolis sound, which is a mixture of funk, rock, pop, R & B and New Wave which ultimately inspired many other musicians

His performance as a singer is also shown in his musical journey. He has recorded the release of 22 albums consisting of hundreds of singles. Includes some singles that become sountrack a number of films. As an actor, Prince started his acting career through PURPLE RAIN movie, following his famous movies, such as UNDER THE CHERRY MOON, SIGN.

While related to his personal life, the man who was once associated with sexy actress Miss Gaye (1992-1995), Carmen Electra (1990) and Kim Basinger, had married Mayte Jannell Garcia and Manuela Testolini. Although both marriages ended in divorce.
