Everyone would need a break time usually called sleep. At least a normal adult can take up to 6-8 hours in each day to sleep, this is so that the body back healthy and strong, full of energy to do the next job.
As a Muslim, we also need to sleep, just like every other human being. But the difference is, we are taught in Islam to do various prayers and adab when going to sleep and when waking up.
That is so that our sleep activities become rewarding and full of blessings, not just just close your eyes.
And it turns out adab related to sleep in Islam is not only related to prayer and dhikr before and after sleep, but also continues to prayer and dhikr and adab when found a dream in sleep, either a good dream or a bad dream.
