This remote control lets you use various features of the motion retargeting pipeline through your smartphone/tablet. The features currently included are:
* choose the tracked user among all recognised users
* enable/disable motion commands output
* start/stop motion recording
For remote controlling the above features, you need a ROS-powered robot already running your robot's bootstrap layer (e.g. device drivers, motor controllers etc.) and the robot app manager. You also need to pre-configure the motion retargeting pipeline for your robot.
Once the remote connects to your robot (a
ka pairing mode) it will start the motion retargeting app on your robot and connect to the necessary topics.
