JTI大使

As part of Trade communications strategy, CA&C developed internal communications platform to educate employees about the business environment and to make them capable to get involved in advocacy actions. JTI Ambassador program assumes continuous education of employees about JTI, operating environment and how we do our business.

Objectives are:

• JTI employees (primarily field force) to become JTI ambassadors capable to be involved in advocacy with retailers

• Engage retailers and HoReCa representatives to strengthen JTI's regulatory advocacy efforts.

• Educate retailers and HoReCa reps on tobacco and trade related topics.

• JTI employees (primarily field force) to become JTI ambassadors capable to be involved in advocacy with retailers.

• Support establishment or further development of Trade and HoReCa Associations and mobilize them in advocacy actions.

• Build JTI reputation among retailers and HoReCa reps as trustworthy and dedicated partner of the trade, the Serbian authorities and society
