Introducing Videos & Attachments for Workouts
We’ve added a Workout Attachments feature that allows athletes to view videos, images, PDFs and other files that coaches have attached to individual workouts, giving athletes additional instruction and guidance. A new attachment icon will display on workouts that contain attachments. Tap on the workout to view the full details and all attachments for that workout.
