Implementation of a SMS Based Complaint Registration System through which citizens can register their complaints through the short code service. Software for the Directorate of Transport will monitor the complaints received and the integrated automated SMS and Email services will be used to communicate with the concerned officials and will inform the citizen of the action taken by the department.
