Owner and Chef, Felicity Evans is shaking up the local scene with seasonal Mod Oz tapas style dishes plated with flare, from sun up to sun down, offering the likes of Baldivis rabbit cigars, broad beans, spring peas, Spanish black chorizo, buttermilk dressing and radish to pair perfectly with a choice of craft beers on tap; or perhaps opt for a Flics charcuterie board with the likes of house cured venison pastrami, spiced pulled pork rillette and Piccalilli, cornichons and sourdough.
