DGHS-CSS app, a Digital Surveillance Platform of DGHS, Government of Bangladesh for Community Health Workers to fight against COVID-19 by providing community mobilization, education, awareness, screening, online triage, referral, contact tracing, follow-up and management to identify high risk cases and control its transmission. This app allows the health professionals to create digital health account for individuals and provide him/her along with individual’s family corona related services including awareness, education, online screening, contact tracing, sample collection, test lab results and patients management as well as patient outcomes.
