This Portal helps simplify employees’ daily tasks needed to achieve sales & administrative work, as well as review their daily performance offsite.

Before using this application, the IT department will ensure to set a work account for all employees.

All features included in the Portal are integrated allowing employees to transition from one request to another as well as to communicate in real-time with the company’s head office.

The portal will help employees manage their requests remotely by:

- Elaborating on their daily customers’ visits, sales opportunities & concerns.

- Raising requests to the Administrative department such as invoices, quotations or delivery notes, thus facilitating the communication while on-the-go.

- Managing training & demo requests according to customers’ availability.

- Ensuring marketing requests are handled according to customers’ preferences.

- Raising questions to the maintenance department so issues can be processed in a timely manner.

- Adding a new customer’s account.
