How to use:

- Once the contractions begin, press the “Play” button.

- Once the contractions stops, click the “Stop” button.

- Once the contractions begin again, repeat #1 then #2.

- If you press the “Reset” button, all contractions will be removed & all numbers will be initialized.

- Calculate your contractions & see the durations and frequencies.
